For a reasonable price, right? [Sans says that, but the grin on his face is one that is not actually that dedicated to fleecing all his neighbors with his hot dog cart. If Papyrus wants to do a friendly neighbor thing, Sans will play along. It might make Papyrus feel better about this whole power outage thing, and if Papyrus feels better, Sans will too.]

The reasonable price... of a polite thanks, I think you mean?? [He says that, but he's audibly amused. It's not like he's actually going to stop Sans from pulling some friendly hustling on the neighbors, so long as it doesn't undermine Papyrus's efforts to make nice - and that's assuming the power stays out.]
