[Maybe he shouldn't be proudly announcing having been burning things, as a monster standing in the middle of a plaza that's probably recently seen fire itself. But the words are out there, and he can't just control+Z it.

Still, this has gone better than he expected. Sans seems willing to listen to further worries, and... there's a few maybe explanations for what's up. He should probably refine the tracker's observation parameters for alerting him to major changes, though, shouldn't he...? Not that he can just borrow the phone to do it. Maybe if he disguises it as a required update overnight, Sans won't notice the data usage...

Nah, I think you had the right idea. [Sans never wants to see them again. Which does make talking to Maka unfortunate sometimes. It seems like Papyrus has finished up his weirdness check, so...] So, are you still getting pizza?

[Funny how that works. He isn't done done, but pushing Sans to talk when he visibly doesn't want to... Sometimes these small pushes, and observing the fallout, is more successful and useful than pushing everything at once. So he takes the subject change in stride, with an indulgent eye roll.]

I thought this was a healthy pizza?? [Why are all of these the greasiest things on the menu, play along with the cover story Sans, sheesh. It's even more Classic Sans behavior, which... is at least more reassuring to hear than weirder Sans stuff.

Papyrus may end up throwing a piece of broccoli at his skull later, though.]
