[Sans doesn't veto the show. Instead, he divides his attention between whatever Papyrus is watching and Papyrus's battery-eating escapades. Sans thinks he'd rather have to eat batteries than have all his priorities get mixed around without his realizing until he trips right over them. But it's fine, he can sort that out himself.
